We take lean cuts of pork and finely grind it before we mix it with our own special Italian seasonings. We hand-link them so they are ready for the grill or cooking. We make both a mild version as well as a spicy “Hot” version for those who like a little more kick! Serve it up on a roll garnished with grilled onions and peppers or a little giardinara, or put it on your pasta for a little extra kick. Enjoy!
