Our knockwurst, also known as Garlic Sausage, is a German favorite of finely ground cuts of pork and beef and fully seasoned with a zesty garlic flavor.  They are linked into natural casings and fully cooked over hickory smoke.  You can heat them up by simmering, and use them as a main course and serve them with sauerkraut and potatoes or dumplings.
