We ship orders every Tuesday by FedEx and will ship your order in a cooler box with re freezable ice packs to keep it safe.  We ship via FedEx 2 day air or ground, depending on your location.  You will receive a tracking number once your order is processed via email.  Shipping costs are based on the dollar amount of your order.
